You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
Free accounts include 3 Dot sessions. Unlimited accounts are billed monthly at $9.99 and include unlimited sessions and Dot creation. You can cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you submit content to create a Dot, you acknowledge that Dotpoint processes it solely to generate a summary and implementation session. We do not store or republish the original source content. Original creators can request removal of any Dot at any time by contacting will@dotpoint.ai.
The Dotpoint platform, brand, and codebase are owned by Dotpoint Pty Ltd. Source content belongs to its original creators. Dotpoint claims no ownership over source content submitted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Dotpoint Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
